Just popping in to say "hi", we will be growing tobacco next spring, I got my seeds from eBay from a Canadian seller. Been checking out your site, there isn't much info available on this subject.

How long have you been doing this? Do you cure your leaves or just dry them?

Been watching a youtube video where they air dried the leaves, then sprayed with water and stacked in bundles then the leaves were compressed into bricks that were covered in tinfoil and baked before being ground up. Is all that necessary or are you able to just air dry them?
First day looking online for info on all this and getting very confused!!! lol

There is alot of areas in that question. There is air, Dark air, flue and fire cure. I do all of them. I put most of mine in a kiln (flue). cigarette types and cigar. Some chew and pipe as well for 4 to 8 weeks. Then bring to concourt (case). 78% or so humidity. I grow and cure over 2,000 types.
